He is the reigning Uganda Premier League Footballer of the Year
KCCA FC defender Joseph Ochaya is on the verge of winning his third accolade this year after he was nominated as for the Airtel FUFA Awards for football of year.
The awards ceremony is slated for December 2nd at Speke Resort Munyonyo.
The deputy club captain is the reigning Azam Uganda Premier League Footballer of the Year and he was also named the Most Valuable Player at the KCCA FC Awards.
"Of course I would love to win that one two, it's a great feeling to be nominated for the biggest football awards event in the country right now" stated Ochaya.
The former Asante Kotoko player will compete for the accolade against fellow Cranes stars; Farouk Miya, Denis Onyango, Erisa Sekisambu and Mohamed Shaban.
The winner will drive away with a car and land title.
