It will be Ssimbwa’s third stint with the Red Eagles

Soana coach Sam Ssimbwa will be unveiled as the new Express coach on Friday.

It will be Ssimbwa's third stint with the Red Eagles having enjoyed two spells at the club in 2007 and from 2011 to 2013.

In both spells he manged to win the Uganda Cup and league title.

Ssimbwa will replace Wasswa Bbosa who resigned on Tuesday after his side settled to 1-1 draw with URA in the Azam Uganda Premier League at Wankulukuku Stadium.

Bbosa blamed some of the club officials for interfering with his work for his departure from the club he once played for.

Express had gone five games without a win; drawing four and losing one.
