The Villa Park side beat Express 3-0 away at Mengo SS groundS to go top of the group with eight points, two above second placed Lweza and JMC.

Charles Lwanga scored a double in the 17th and 48th minutes while Vincent Sijjali added the other in the 87th minute.

The FUFA Junior football league is designed to cater for players under the age of 17  and in case a team wins with two-goal margin, they earn four points instead of three.

All the 16 premier league sides are required to have junior teams as one of the requirements if they are to be licensed for a new season.

Clubs that will be relegated from the top tier league will automatically have their U-17 sides relegated to the second U-17 league group.
