BUL fined for accumulating yellow cards

The Uganda Premier League secretariat has fined BUL FC sh50,000 for accumulating four yellows in a single league game.

During BUL's match against Bright Stars that was played on October 11th at Champion Stadium in Matugga, four players were booked. These were Paul Kisige, Augustus Nsumba, Edga Luzige and Titus Lubega.

And according to article 20(5) of FUFA Competitions, "if a club/team accumulates four (4) or more cautions and/or send offs served within a single match, it shall pay a fine of sh50,000. In event that the fine is not paid, such players shall be ineligible to play in subsequent matches irrespective of the number of cautions so far earned".
