Feeder roads in Ongongoja Sub County are in a sorry state

The LCIII of Ongongoja Sub County in Katakwi district has appealed to MPs in the district to focus on developing it by lobbying for support to rehabilitate the roads.

Speaking to New Vision, William Omeke said Ongongoja is considered remote because of its poor road network.

According to him, feeder roads in his Sub County are in a sorry state and have limited economic development in the sub county.

Omeke highlighted that business activities will be boosted in the Sub County once the roads linking it to the district are improved.

He appealed to top district politicians to lobby for the improvement of the road infrastructure in the district as they promised in their campaigns.
