Justice Mugambe while speaking to lawyers during a debate on Parliamentary Elections said many politicians in parliament bribe voters but lawyers fail to gather the concrete evidence and fail to get justice.

High Court Judge Justice Lydia Mugambe has warned Lawyers handling Parliamentary Elections petition to stop taking cases to court without concrete evidence regarding bribery allegations.

Justice Mugambe while speaking to lawyers during a debate on Parliamentary Elections said many politicians in parliament bribe voters but lawyers fail to gather the concrete evidence and fail to get justice.

Mugabe said the burden of proof lies entirely to the petitioner to convince court to overturn the results.
