Museveni in Dar-es-Salaam for EAC Summit

He will attend the 17th Extra-ordinary EAC Summit
President Yoweri Museveni has left for Dar-es-Salaam, Tanzania to attend the 17th Extra-ordinary East African Community (EAC) Summit.
Vice President Edward Kiwanuka Ssekandi saw the President off on Wednesday evening at Entebbe International Airport.
Others at the airport to see him included the head of public service, John Mitala, the Chief of Defence Forces, Gen. Katumba Wamala, Assistant Inspector General of Police and director special duties, Andrew Sorowen and director, production and engineering in the Uganda Prisons Service, David Nsalasatta.
Member countries of the East African Community are Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda and Burundi.
