Kigezi picks Tourism queen

The Kigezi search which started at 8pm and ended at 2am at White Horse Inn in Kabale was a success as the constants entertained the guests through poems, traditional dances, showcasing their different talents.

Miss Tourism search under the theme "Let the Pearl Shine" was held in Kigezi region on Saturday.


The Kigezi search which started at 8pm and ended at 2am at White Horse Inn in Kabale was a success as the constants entertained the guests through poems, traditional dances, showcasing their different talents.

 

 



The Miss Tourism Kigezi presented nine constants from the different Kigezi regions such as Kabale and Kanungu and three girls were to be crowned at the end of night .

Agness Asiimire, 22, from Kanungu was crowned Miss Tourism Kigezi. She is a student from Uganda Christian University.

Flavia Kukundakwe, 20, from Kigongi Kabale was crowned 1st runner up. She is a student from Makerere University.

Ritah Uwurukundo, 23, from Kanungu was crowned 2nd runner up. She is a student at Bishop Barham University.
