The Director of the Civil Aviation School, Captain Mike Mukula wants Parliament to scrutinize the operations of Civil Aviation Authority with some airlines being stopped from flying to Entebbe International Airport which affects the economy.

Mukula says for the last three years, the Authority has declined to issue him a license to operationalize his two private aircrafts to train aviation students.

"As a nationalist, a pan Africanist, a professional pilot, I will not lose 1.5m dollars and keep quiet, I will evoke all the powers and authority, the gloves are off will even go to court and I will seek compensation from Civil Aviation Authority. Be rest assured the ball is at their gate. We are going to take them through a total roller-coaster. I'm calling for total overhaul of the Civil Aviation Authority and it should be replenished with professionals who understand the business environment in this country. Uganda we can no longer romance with people who are sabotaging the economy, that will not happen," said Mukula.

Mukula also intends to petition Parliament on the matter.
