When KCCA FC last met Lweza in the topflight, it turned out to be a thorough examination for the defending champions.
The last four encounters between both sides have either ended in draws or victories for Lweza.
Ahead of today's meeting, Lweza also has a lot to resolve especially with their head coach Paddy Kintu who has not been with team since last week.
It's understood that during the unveiling of new players last week, Kintu's assistant Ibrahim Kirya was unveiled as the head coach which didn't go well with Kintu. He wasn't on the bench for their 2-1 loss to Express FC on Friday.
But despite the uncertainty, Kirya believes his side is ready for the game.
"It won't be an easy game but we shall put up a good fight to at least get a draw or three points. We lost our first game against Express so we need to recover" Kirya stated.
KCCA welcomes back Muzamir Mutyaba who has been out due to injury and assistant coach Morley Byekwaso believes they need to embark on a winning run.
"There are always stubborn teams in the league but I'm confident we shall win the game but not by a big margin," Byekwaso stated.
Elsewhere, Proline hosts Express at Lugogo while Vipers entertain Police at Nakivubo. At Lugazi, URA faces BUL while JMC plays Kirinya in the Jinja derby.
