Tikolo makes night cricket debut for Aziz Damani

On Monday night, national team coach Steven Tikolo was a surprise face as he featured for defending champions Aziz Damani against Yuva.

Tikolo who was appearing for the first time in the tournament would go on to score only 7 runs en route to a 5 wicket victory for Silva Kotti's side.

"I was eager to take part after the entire buzz surrounding the competition and surely my expectations have been met. It's a good feeling out here" Said Tikolo

Aziz Damani effectively chased the game posting 66/5 in 10.1 overs, beating the target set by Yuva in the first innings.

Dennis Tabby and Patel Sahil stood out in the bowling, claiming 5/21 in 3.4 overs and 3/13 in 4 overs respectively.

Pace bowler Seiga Asadu had 2/4 in 3 overs to stop Arusun Patel's Yuva who were all out in 14.4 overs.
