Sport-S open season on winning note

Sport-S women and men volleyball teams tamed their rivals on the first day of the NSSF National Volleyball League over the weekend.

Both Sport-S sides beat Uganda Christian University men and women in straight sets while Ndejje Elites tamed VVC 3-1.

Armed with experienced players, Sport-S women will only pray for consistence from their setter Jesca Kaidu, Yvette Igihozo and lead attackers Atreede Agaba, Eunice Amuron, and Peace Busingye otherwise the season is theirs to lose.

Vision Volleyball Camp boss Hannington Nsubuga believes along the way, his depleted side will swing back to challenge for the top position but their 25-16, 25-12, 23-25, 25-18 defeat leaves a lot to be desired.
