Ssekatawa eyeing re-election as URA FC holds general assembly

During the assembly, the chairman’s two year mandate will be increased to four years

URA FC will have its general assembly this Saturday in Seeta with the adoption of a new constitution and conducting elections of the club top of the agenda.

Current club chairman Ali Ssekatawa will be seeking for a third term in the Saturday polls to be held at Ridar Hotel in Seeta. 

Ssekatawa who assumed the club's top position in 2011, will contest for the seat with the club general secretary Henry Mayeku.

During the assembly, the chairman's two year mandate will be increased to four years.

The tax collectors have signed Fred Okot from Lweza.  Okot a brother to KCCA and Cranes player Joseph Ochaya will be replace veteran Simeon Massa in the side.

Massa whose contract expired at the end of last season joined the technical team as one of the coaches.
