The tax collectors stormed the facility on Tuesday morning and closed it demanding sh484m arrears and a charge of sh48m.

They have sealed the main entrance to Nakivubo turf as well as the entrance to the green from below the pavilion.

In 2013, URA closed the facility and only allowed it to operate after the two parties agreed on a payment plan to recover about sh224m and accrued interest of about sh261m.
