About the role

The joint Country Director/Chief of Party, Uganda will be expected to lead and line manage the country Senior Management Team (SMT) of the merged entity, developing both individual and team capacity, providing clear strategic direction to managers and team members so that the country programme is equipped to work towards the goals set out in the merged entity's annual business plan and it's 2016-2020 ‘Scaling up Excellence' strategy. As part of this work, you will build, nurture and maintain strong partnerships with government, health professionals, businesses, peer agencies and the community
