FUFA Chief Executive Officer, Edgar Watson said that the decision was prompted by consistent reports of the vice in Ugandan football.

The latest case saw former KCCA coach Sam Ssimbwa banned for arguing that he has the capacity to bribe referees.

"If you don't report such cases and you are implicated and it comes to my desk, there is no way I can protect you. When such cases come to FUFA we have nothing to do. It can be a career ending vice," he told the coaches.

Watson was briefing the coaches as FUFA handed over CAF A and B coaching certificates to the tacticians at FUFA headquarters in Mengo.

He advised the coaches to desist from attacking referees during matches as it exposes their weaknesses as coaches.
