Kawempe Muslim put up an impressive performance in the FUFA Women Elite League with a 5-0 win over Muteesa 1 Royal University to move top of the Victoria Group.

The win took them to go to 29 points, one above second placed Gafford Ladies who were not in action over the weekend.

2015 FUFA Women football of the year Sandra Nabweteme, netted a hat-trick before Hasifah Nassuna added a double for defending champions.

Nabweteme leads the scoring chart in the league with 20 goals while Nassuna has scored 16 goals this season.
