Uganda Police fallen officers returned home from DRC

The Democratic Republic of Congo(DRC) soldiers shot dead three Uganda police officers on Kitebere Island along Lake Albert in Ntoroko District last week.


The Bodies of three Ugandan police officers killed by the Congolese army have been returned to Uganda.

The Democratic Republic of Congo(DRC) soldiers shot dead three Uganda police officers on Kitebere Island along Lake Albert in Ntoroko District last week.

The deceased officers include Constable Bernard Isingoma, Sergeant Faruk Waiswa and Constable Moses Ocen. They were handling an illegal fishing case on the Uganda, DRC border.

The survivor, Corporal Biral Obara is  admitted at Nebbi hospital for treatment
