The Handball Federation (UHF) has suspended both the men and women national handball leagues untill clubs fulfil requirements set by the competitions committee.

“We are working on issuing licences before we start the league,” Fred Barenzi, the Uganda handball Federation (UNF) chairman for competitions and organisation said.

He explained that they have met the administrators of different clubs including Police, Prisons and UPDF, who have promised to work on the documents required.
