Twelve drivers register for FIM CAC

Twelve rally drivers have confirmed to participation in the first round of Mountain Dew FIM Central Africa Motocross Championship (FIM CAC) on Saturday and Sunday at Victoria Raceway Park in Garuga.

"We have around 10 cars that will entertain fans on that day," Ronald Ssebuguzi said at a press conference in Kampala.

The drivers include Ronald Ssebuguzi, Arthur Blick jr, Suzan Muwonge, Christakis Fitidis, Ambrose Byona, Omar Mayanja, Godfrey Lubega, Umar Dauda, Desh Kananura, Fred Kitaka and Geofrey Nsamba.

Meanwhile  Vivo Energy MD Hans Paulsen urged the orgnisers to emphasise safety during the event.

"We are committed to supporting motorsport as long as safety is a priority and if you fail to observe safety we shall run somewhere else where safety is a priority," Paulsen stated.
