The two a Ugandan and a Congolese National were picked up at Muni in Arua
Police in Arua is holding two people in connection with possession of black dollars.
The two a Ugandan and a Congolese National were picked up at Muni in Arua on Saturday afternoon.
According to Police sources the duo were holding an unknown amount of black dollars.
Police said the duo would be charged with possession of fake dollars.
