Both MUST and UMU are yet to win a match after two encounters

Nile Special University Football League

UMU v MUST  (Thursday)

When their second choice goalkeeper Hannington Nwamanya lost his cool and undressed in protest of not making the first eleven, Mbarara University of Science and Technology (MUST) was visibly ruptured and succumbed to a 5-1 defeat to Kampala University on Sunday.

MUST coach Salim Twaha blamed it the loss on what he called ill conduct that has had the player expelled from the team.

"My players could not stand the behaviour and they lost focus when the goalkeeper walked away in protest. We could not challenge KU as we had planned. But we have no we have no excuse but to pick the points today if we need to keep in the contest," Twaha said.

Both MUST and UMU are yet to win a match after two encounters respectively but the latter has a draw.

MUST has had the biggest loss after Kampala University trounced them 5-1 at their own backyard last week.
