Simba FC registered one of their best wins in the Azam Uganda Premier League when they thrashed  Sports Club Victoria University (SCVU) 5-0 at Bombo Barracks  ground on Saturday.

Godfrey Wakaza , Patrick Gonahasa , Charles  Ssemanda  and a  double  from Ezekiel Katende  were   enough  to secure a comfortable victory over SCVU.

Meanwhile, Police played to a one-all draw with Bright Stars at Kavumba Recreation ground.  Osman Mutumba scored for Police while Emma Jurugo was on target for Bright Stars.

Yasin Mayimba and Jimmy Kakooza of Police and Bright Stars, respectively, were sent off.

At Nakivubo Stadium, KCCA FC beat Maroons FC 1-0, courtesy of a late Paul Mucureezi goal while Vipers FC defeated Soana 2-0.  Erisa Ssekisambu and David Owori scored for the Buikwe-based side.

In Jinja, Ronald Lukungu scored the only goal as Sadolin Paints beat BUL FC 1-0  in the regional derby at Kakindu Stadium.
