KCCA assembles medical, sanitation teams for Kabaka run

The teams include: doctors, paramedics, with as well equipped ambulances on call. We also have, sanitation officers garbage trucks, among other services and supplies.

Kampala Capital City Authority has assembled a medical team and supplies including ambulances to facilitate the Kabaka's Birthday Run due tomorrow in Kampala.

"We'll have our technical teams in place to offer help during and after the run. The teams include: doctors, paramedics, with as well equipped ambulances on call. We also have , sanitation officers garbage trucks, among other services and supplies.

KCCA is part of the great cause of fighting Fistula among women through contribution towards the run. "The gist of the run is worthwhile." the ‪KCCA's Executive Director Jennifer S Musisi said yesterday during a meeting with Mengo kingdom minister of sports Henry Ssekabembe.

On behalf of the Buganda Kingdom Ssekabembe expressed gratitude for KCCA's support not only towards Kabaka's Run but towards the Kingdom in various ways.
"KCCA has been part of the kingdom in many ways, we are glad" The Buganda Minister said, according to KCCA press handout.
