Anselm has been elected as the president of a debate club at Oxford University in England.

Opposition leader Kizza Besigye's son, Anselm, 16 , has been elected as the president of a debate club at Oxford University in England.

"He's won! Anselm -elected president of his school debating club. A proud mum," Winnie Byanyima the Oxfam International Executive Director tweeted.
