The Reform of the Urban Water and Sanitation Sector Reform Programme (RUWASS), implemented by Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH on behalf of the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), aims at strengthening the institutional, regulatory and managerial capacities as well as the efficiency of the partner institutions in the water and sanitation sector in Uganda.
