Africa Woodball Workshop,

March 16-17

Uganda Woodball Federation (UWbF) will have to adjust to the abrupt change of programme after the international body (IWbF) failed to avail an international instructor ahead of the inaugural Africa workshop starting March 16 in Kampala.

The changes according to UWbF general secretary Collins Ssemmanda, has forced them to call upon the local instructors, coaches and referees to be facilitators in line ahead of the two days event at Nabinonya Resort Beach.

"The communication was received very late but it will not stop us from making the event a success. We have changed strategy and shall now have to give our own trained workforce a chance to conduct the various trainings," UWbF general secretary Collins Ssemmanda stated.

He added that this will also be an opportunity for the local instructors to help spread woodball on the continent as Uganda hosts the inaugural Africa workshop.
