Armed with a number of new players that coach Johnson Kawenyera said will form the core of the Ndejje Elites at the Africa Club championships in Tunisia next month, Ndejje looked relaxed as 19-year old Sharon Amito easily made points.

Ndejje Elites are women's champions of the national league and will represent Uganda at the continental championship for the third time in April.

The men's competition did not end after the organisers stopped it for fear of darkness that befell the venue.

Nemostars VC and Sky VC had won a set each at the time of stoppage. The game will be replayed to conclusion at the MTN Arena in Lugogo later this month.
