Kawempe Muslim completed their first round in the FUFA Women Elite League with confidence. They thrashed Western United 4-1 at Kawempe over the weekend.

The win gave the side at 18 points in Victoria group, one below table leaders Gafford Ladies.

Elsewhere, She Corporates  defeated London College Nansana 1-0 at MUBS grounds in Nakawa.

The winner of the league takes home sh3m while the second and third runners will share sh2m and sh1m respectively.
