Valentine's Day winners receive cash prizes

The promotion launched on February 7th and ran up to Valentine Day had over 144 Africell customers win cash to the tune of sh20, 000,000.



The people who participated in the Valentine Day cash and win promotion sponsored by Africell-Uganda in partnership with Vision Group electronic platforms have received cash award.
 
The promotion launched on February 7th and ran up to Valentine Day had over 144 Africell customers win cash to the tune of sh20, 000,000.  
 
The one week promotions run on Vision Group five radio stations including; Bukedde FM, based in Kampala, radio West FM, based in Mbarara, Radio Rupiny FM based in Gulu broadcast in Luo, Etop radio FM, based in Soroti and Arua One FM.
 
Dubbed "Call and Win", the promotion had winners from across the the country win between sh50, 000 and sh500, 000 on Friday.
 
Marvin Kagoro, Africell sponsorship and promotions manager while giving out the money said that besides those that got sh500, 000, over 100 other winners earned themselves sh50,000 which was transferred to their secure and reliable Africell Money accounts.

 


 
He explained that they partnered with Vision Group because it is one of the biggest media houses in East Africa to be able to reach out to many of their esteemed customers and recognize their continued support.  

Bill Tibingana-Head of Radios at Vision Group applauding Africell said: "Vision Group is committed to work and promote initiatives by Africell that aim to improve the lives of Ugandans.

To win the cash on the above mentioned radios, one had to call in on 102 and if a person was lucky and the radio presenter picked, the caller then won the money instantly.
