SC Villa Coach Ibrahim Kirya has strengthened training tactics ahead of the El Khartoum return leg this Saturday, emphasizing on stamina and endurance as the best approach to overcoming the visitors.

The team resumed training at Villa Park this morning after players resting on Sunday.

Kirya started with drills at Kibuli Hill starting at 8:00 am and then continued at Villa Park ground till 1:00 PM.

Kirya said the Sudanese players are very comfortable on the ball and needs to give his players a high endurance and ball work coupled with stamina to give Ugandans joy with a win at Nakivubo on Saturday.

He said scoring goals and defending is the secret behind wining on Saturday and this he has told all players as they work.

"We need early goals to excite fans but most especially to use the home ground and qualify for the next round. My emphasis is to see that players get ecumenism to score at any opportunity," said Kirya.

He also expressed happiness when winger Godfrey Lwesibawa responded well after an eye injury he sustained in Sudan in the first leg and will be starting training tomorrow.

Kirya however urged the club officials to be faster in chasing passports for players, Denis Kamanzi and Yaseri Waibi who missed the first leg due to lack of the travel documents.

Villa is expected to enter camp tomorrow preferably at Nabinoonya on Entebbe Road, according to CEO of the club Ivan Kakembo.

They will be playing the U-17 team tomorrow at Villa Park in the morning at part of their training friendly match.

If Villa progress they will play JKF of Zanzibar on the second elimination game for the CAF Orange Confederation Cup.
