BetWay Kobs Rugby Club continued to strengthen themselves on the top of the Nile Special Premier Rugby League table with a 44-4 whipping of Rams at the Makerere Grave Yard ground on Saturday.

The Kobs have now stretched the lead to 25 points, three ahead of their traditional rivals Heathens (22points) and Pirates who are third with 20points.

In the other game played at Kyadondo rugby Club, Heathens walloped Gulu Elephants 75-0 to keep their title defence hopes alive.

At legends rugby club, Rhinos were 25-3 winners over hard fighting Mutoni Warriors who are yet to get a win in the league.

The League continues on Sunday with five games on card on the various grounds.
