A requiem mass is being held today at Our Lady of Africa Church in Mbuya for Kiboga Chief Magistrate Francis Kobusheshe who died Tuesday after an unsuccessful brain surgery.

Suzan Nanyondo, a relative, said that Kobusheshe was admitted at Case Clinic a couple of days back for an operation to remove a blood clot.

The 43-year-old is said to have fallen at his workplace last month and sustained head injuries.

But after the unsuccessful surgery, Kobusheshe breathed his last.

He is remembered to have testified in the Kampala bombing trial in June at High Court in Kampala.

Kobusheshe became Chief Magistrate in 2010 - 11 years after joining the judiciary as Grade One Magistrate.
