“Fatuh Knows that Jojo has improved and wants to spoil our plans of retaining the M2 title but we are ready.I told Fatuh to play more football and basketball to keep his fitness in Ramathan (Moslem holy month) since he will not have enough training sessions,” Kiggundu stated.

Fatuh will also be battling his uncle Ahmed Tamale that acquired a new Honda 125cc bike and would like to reclaim his fallen glory in the race he has ever dominated.

Arthur Blick Jr told the New Vision that the event will be tough and tight for riders in all categories since it will also act as the selection of the national team for regional and continental championships next month in Kenya and Zambia.

“There is no doubt Maxime is the fastest rider in the country but he will have to prove that he is better than his trainer Jurgen Cooper who will be the guest rider on Sunday,” Blick stated.

“Beating Cooper will boost team Uganda morale ahead of the FIM-Africa Central Africa Motocross championship and the FIM Africa Championship in Kenya and Zambia respectively.

Maxime will use this event to gauge his strength as he waits to take Kenya’s Tutu Maina, Ivan Guya and Shivam Vinayak in the regional championship.

The event is co-sponsored by Mukwano Group of Companies, TOTAL Uganda, Vision Group Business Unit of Xfm, Urban Tv, New Vision, IAA Health Care, Safe Solutions and Fotogenix.
