Ministry of Finance, Planning and Economic Development (MoFPED) has been implementing nancial management reforms aimed at improving accountability and transparency across Government. One of the key reforms, is the roll out of the Oracle based Integrated Financial Management System (IFMS) designed to make use of modern information and communication technologies to automate the Government’s budgeting, payment, accounting and reporting processes.
