If there is anybody going to have a hard time at the Bride and Groom Expo, it is the judges who are tasked with selecting the top exhibitors.

From the sight of things most of the exhibitors have come to win. The exhibitors tirelessly put up impressive stalls of cakes, bridal gowns, décor, photography, lingerie, perfumes, wines and spirits, music, make up and jewelry. It is going to definitely be a tough job to select the winners.

If there is anybody going to have a great time, it’s the expo visitors. The cake stalls are already crowded, forget about cake tasting, people are eating cake!

Apart from having the opportunity to plan their wedding in one day, Bride and Groom Expo visitors stand a chance of winning several gifts.

Kenya Airways is giving away tickets to two lucky winners. Andy’s Bridal is giving out a gown and four bridesmaids’ dresses. Two lucky people will also walk away with a state of the art bathroom and kitchen from RAK ceramics.

Fashion designer, Brenda Maraka, will give couples tips on choosing the wedding gown depending on your body shape, culture and religion.

This year’s expo will surely answer questions on sexual intimacy and personal hygiene and how to make your marriage work.  Elizabeth Masaba, Halima Namukula and Dr. Gaston Byamugisha will dispense invaluable advice.

All this is happening at the Uganda Manufacturers Association (UMA) new exhibition hall. Entrance is sh7000 only.
