Ministry of public service has approved a 15 million salary for instructors at Soroti Flying School to improve on their standards of living.
The increment comes after a strike by instructors at school went on strike a couple of days complaining of poor working conditions and remuneration.
State minister for transport Steven Chebrot revealed this during plenary session of parliament saying government is also considering procuring a twin engine aircraft for learners and they are retaining 30 pilots as instructors to increase on the staff.
