Govt assessing S Sudan situation - minister

“We are assessing the situation in our neighbouring sister country, South Sudan,” the minister for national guidance Rose Namayanja has said in a statement.

“We are assessing the situation in our neighbouring sister country, South Sudan,” the minister for national guidance Rose Namayanja has said in a statement.
 
The minister also said there were conflicting reports about the number of causalities of Ugandan origin affected by the unrest in South Sudan, but the government was “consulting authorities in South Sudan to officially ascertain if there are any casualties of Ugandan nationals arising from the war-situation in the country”. 
 
She also offered safety guidelines to Ugandan nationals in South Sudan
