Forty-six-year-old Joy Tumwesigye, aka Joy of Zion, is a gospel singer, accountant and mother of two.
I can proudly say that when I walk with my university-going children, many do not believe they are my children.

That is simply because despite my age, I have never let go of taking care of my body and skin, daily.

As soon as I get out of bed in the morning, I head to the treadmill for 30 minutes and then take a cup of warm water.

I eat a heavy breakfast. For example, I may eat rice, a sliced tomato and banana, accompanied by tea.

I do not have lunch. I have the potential to put on weight, so I decided to cut out at least one meal a day.

At lunch time, I eat fruits and drink a cup of warm water to ease digestion and get rid of bloating.

In the evening, I go on the treadmill for about 30 minutes and drink warm water, thereafter.

I would have loved to cut out supper instead of lunch, but I have to eat with my family.

At my age wrinkles are already there or stealthily finding their way, so I have a skin regimen schedule.

Every morning I use a cleanser and before I go to bed, I cleanse again. I do a facial and steam bath every three months to achieve a radiant skin

I also invest in quality body creams.
