Kamyuka charged with murder

A human resource manager has been charged with murder following a bar fight with a reveler in Guvnor Club, one of Kampala's night life areas. 

Ivan Kamyuka (33) the human resource manager of Lake Bounty Limited yesterday was produced before Nakawa court Grade One magistrate, Christine Nantege and charged with murder contrary to Section 188 and 124 of the Penal Code Act.

According to the charge sheet that was presented by Senior State Attorney Julius D. Tuhairwe, Kamyuka, a resident of Kisasi-Kyanja in Nakawa division is accused of unlawfully killing John Ahimbisibwe on August 2, 2015 at Guvnor Club on First Street Industrial Area in Kampala's Central Division.
