Uganda will for the first time be represented by a junior player in two international woodball tournaments.

Uganda will for the first time be represented by a junior player in two international woodball tournaments.

Jeff Kayongo, making his international debut, will start his campaign for glory at the three-day Singapore Open starting Friday.

The 10-year-old player is also entered in the Malaysia Open that will run for six days starting on August 4.

Kayongo will compete in the youth categories in the two tournaments.

Lillian Zawedde, domestic woodball’s top lady player and William Osire, will also compete in the two tournaments.
