As the second round of the Jr.NBA FUBA basketball league throws off at Emma High School and Turkish Light Academy, shabbily dressed team coaches will not be allowed to handle their respective teams while in action.

Hamza Nyambogo, the head of technical affairs made the decision clear in the letter submitted to all participating teams ahead of the games Saturday and Sunday.

"I congratulate all of you for finishing the first round but there are pertinent issues to address which includes Players ineligibility, signed waiver forms by parents and coaches dressing code," the letter read.

The decision to act tough comes after several teams breached the rules and regulations of the league with some coaches coming on court in sandals.

Some teams have been using over aged players which undermines the whole objective of the project.

Nyambogo also cautioned teams against late coming as it affects the programme.
