As millions of pilgrims converged at the Uganda martyrs'' shrines in Namugongo to mark 130 years since 45 brave young men died for their faith, it was an opportunity as well for business people to cash in.


NAMUGONGO - As millions of pilgrims converged at the Uganda martyrs' shrines in Namugongo to mark 130 years since 45 brave young men died for their faith, it was an opportunity as well for business people to cash in. The environs of the holy site were a beehive of activity as all sorts of traders displayed their wares to make a quick buck. Here's some of what New Vision photographer Maria Wamala captured:
