The Prime Minister of Acholi Cultural Institution (Ker Kal Kwaro) Phillip Okin Ojara has resigned to have ample time to participate in the 2016 general elections

The Prime Minister of Acholi Cultural Institution (Ker Kal Kwaro) Phillip Okin Ojara has resigned to have ample time to participate in the 2016 general elections.

 
Addressing the press from the palace Wednesday morning he said his resignation takes effect on May 22, 2015 and the council of chiefs is vetting a replacement.
 
Okin, who is set to contest against Henry Okello Oryem in Cwa County, Kitgum district, said he wants more time to interact with the community as he prepares the ground.
