When were you born?
Um… OK, I was born 28 years ago.

Are you dating leading to marriage?
I am traditionally married.

You look very tall. Are you taller than your husband?
He is very tall. Taller than me. I could not find a man who is shorter than me. I would be disappointed.

What part of your body don’t you like?
I am sure everything on me is very attractive.

You have an active and jumpy public persona and your dressing is often skimpy. How does your husband feel about this?
He has never complained about it. In fact, he loves it. He is the one who buys me outfits from abroad. Sometimes, when I want to be decent, he makes sure I get something that is flattering and not long dresses.

And have you ever decided to buy him a present?
I rarely do it, but if I happen to come across something which fits him, I buy it for him. And he does not like surprises. Even if I got something, I would not wrap it. I would just let him know that it is my way of thanking him for the love he has for me.

What do you like about him?
He is caring and supportive. When we get misunderstandings, he is in a position to apologise and we sort out the matter. But I hate it when I come late and he questions me.

Why do you have only wild music, and why are you aggressive like men?
I realised it is the sort of music that gives me peace. This style of music is what separates me from other musicians. Whenever you mention Bella, my fans knows I have crazy music and they love it.

Would you wash your lover’s underwear?
Why not? Depending on the circumstances, like if he is ill… or if he asks me to wash them for him.

When was your worst moment in your relationship?
When he told me to cook for him traditional food. We are used to having take away, but one time he told me to cook him mashed matooke and I failed. I knew he was angry with me, but I apologised. Of course I felt small.
