New UNEB registration system strains schools

Candidates registering for the Uganda National Examinations Board (UNEB) exams this year are required to do so online, UNEB has announced.

UNEB spokesperson Hamis Kaheru said the hard copy registration forms have been scrapped to roll out the e-registration system, which was piloted in 237 centres across the country for three years.

To ensure that no candidate is left out, Kaheru advised schools without computers or Internet to seek help from neighbouring schools.
