Vipers went two points clear at the top of Azam Uganda League on Tuesday with a 2-1 over Kira Young.

Vipers came from behind to win the game after Kira Young had taken a lead through Bright Haguma's penalty. But Farouk Miya equalized for the Buikwe side. Ashadu Bugembe, Kira Young goalkeeper's own goal helped Vipers take lead.

Bugembe who rushed back in goal, held the ball but couldn't avoid his body from crossing the goal-line.

Vipers now lead the 16 team race with 41 points, two more than SC Villa, who were not in action.
