Ethics minister has stood by his word that Franklin Emuobor, the Nigerian who leaked singer Desire Luzinda’s nude photos had been arrested despite the Nigerian outing a video on social media showing him a free man.

Ethics minister has stood by his word that Franklin Emuobor, the Nigerian who leaked singer Desire Luzinda’s nude photos had been arrested despite the Nigerian outing a video on social media showing him a free man.
Confronted about the video which shows Emuobor a free man Lokodo maintained his earlier claim. “My source is very authentic but I am reserved now,” Lokodo said adding that: “The mistake I made was I had not consulted with Interpol before divulging that information but do not worry we shall get him,” he said suggesting that his claim that Emuobor had been arrested could be wrong.
Asked about his source, Lokodo just hang up. On Tuesday Lokodo at a press conference announced the alleged arrest of reportedly by the International Police (Interpol) but stooped short of stating where the suspect had been arrested.
In the footage Emuobor who seems to be having fun also warned the minister to stop familiarizing him using the Luganda word: Tomanyira.
