He pointed out that in his country has advanced because of skills development.

“I really hail Tiner International School of Beauty for taking the right direction of skilling youth especially the women who are the majority. And to strengthen the friendship, we are to start a programme where students from Tiner will visit Korea to see how people there work such that they don’t feel they made wrong decision,” Park Jong-Dae said.

He also advised the graduates not to leave the skills they have acquired at school but practice them which will be the only way they will make their parents feel appreciated.

239 students graduated with diplomas and certificates in different vocational discipline.

The school was started in 1995 to cater for those whom society thought were failures.

The Director of the school, Ruth Kibirige thanked the parents and the students for job well done.

“The journey has just begun, use what you have learnt to start your own journey and know it’s not enough but try to learn and explore more out there. Practice the right things in your fields and let the world feel your presence and let them taste your ability to produce quality,” Kibirige said.
