Themed: ‘When Dreams Come True,’
This production is slightly different from the previous year’s production as the cast and crew take a fresh look at a Christmas story through the life of an ordinary man (Joseph, the carpenter), who had a dream – a dream that his fiancé was going to give birth to the Saviour of the world.
The production explores the dynamics of emotion, faith and obedience on the journey from the birth of a dream to its fulfillment.
“Narrated from the perspective of Joseph, we will be privy to his joy, hope, apprehension, anxiety, and ultimate surrender to the will of God; and the significance this act of obedience had and has on the world, as we know it,” says Patriarch
“The biblical story of Christmas is essential and relevant to our daily lives. It is important for us at Watoto Church to share this story. We believe that the love of Christ is the hope of the world.
And this year’s production, as with every year, will share the love of Christ. We hope you’ll join us,” said Gary Skinner, the Watoto Team Leader.
